Dental Implants

The closest thing to growing a new tooth — a titanium root, a custom crown, and a replacement that looks, feels, and works like the real thing.

About the treatment

Replace what's missing — without compromising anything else.

A dental implant is a tiny titanium post that's placed where a tooth's root used to be. Over a few months, your bone bonds directly to it (a process called osseointegration), creating a permanent foundation. We then top it with a custom crown that matches your surrounding teeth.

What makes implants special is what they don't do. Unlike a bridge, they don't require grinding down healthy teeth on either side. Unlike dentures, they don't slip, don't need adhesive, and don't accelerate jawbone loss — in fact, they preserve bone better than any other option.

Implants can replace a single tooth, support a bridge across multiple missing teeth, or even anchor a full set of dentures so they stop moving. With routine care they can last the rest of your life.

The process

The implant journey

01

Consultation & 3D scan

We assess your bone, gum health and bite. A 3D CBCT scan lets us plan exact implant position digitally before any procedure.

02

Implant placement

Under local anesthetic (or sedation if you'd prefer), we place the titanium implant in a single visit — most patients are surprised by how easy it is.

03

Healing & integration

Over 3–4 months, your bone fuses with the implant. You'll have a temporary tooth for visible front-of-mouth cases.

04

Crown placement

We attach a custom porcelain crown to the implant. Your bite is fine-tuned, and you walk out chewing on it like it's always been there.

Frequently asked

Your questions, answered.

Is implant surgery painful?

Most patients are surprised at how comfortable it is. The procedure is done under local anesthetic; post-op soreness is usually mild and managed with over-the-counter pain relief.

Am I a candidate for implants?

Most adults are. We assess your bone, gum health, and medical history. If bone is insufficient, we can often graft to build it up first.

How long do implants last?

With proper care, the implant itself can last a lifetime. The crown on top typically lasts 15–20+ years before needing replacement.

What's the all-in cost?

A single implant (post + abutment + crown) typically falls in the $3,500–$5,500 range depending on complexity. We provide a detailed quote at consultation, and financing is available.
