Your first visit
What to expect when you walk in.
We know walking into a new clinic can feel uncertain. Here's exactly how your first appointment will flow — no surprises, no pressure.
Before you arrive
Bring a piece of ID, your insurance card (if you have one), and a list of any medications. New patients should plan for about 60–75 minutes for a full exam, X-rays and cleaning.
Your exam
We'll review your medical history, take digital X-rays only as needed, and complete a comprehensive exam — including an oral cancer screening and a gum health assessment.
Your plan
Before any treatment is booked, we'll walk you through findings, options, timing and costs in plain English. You leave knowing exactly what's recommended and why.
Insurance, CDCP & payment
We make the money side simple.
Direct insurance billing
We submit your claim directly so you only pay the portion your plan doesn't cover. No paperwork to chase, no waiting for reimbursement.
CDCP accepted
We're enrolled with the Canadian Dental Care Plan and happy to walk eligible patients through what's covered before any treatment begins.
Flexible financing
For larger treatment plans, we offer interest-free in-house payment options as well as third-party financing through PayBright, so cost never has to be the reason you wait.
Cancellation courtesy
Life happens — we ask for 24 hours' notice on cancellations so we can offer the slot to another patient waiting for care.
